Method 1: When the online checks or bill payments are appearing in the items to send.
- For this, you need to switch to the classic mode.
- Go to company preferences.
- Choose Classic mode.

Method 2: When there are no online check or bill payments in the item to send.
- In this case,
- Press Ctrl key in the complete online banking connection.

- You will see the message “Would you like to skip resending the online transactions”? We would recommend doing so only after speaking with the bank support.

- You will reach the window for PIN.
- Enter the PIN and click OK.

Method 4: Removing payment from pay online status.
- In the bank feed center, go to items in the send tab.
- Go to the problem transaction.
- Click the hyperlink to show the list.
- Press the Ctrl key.
- Hold the ctrl key down while toggling pay online.
- Check mark the online check or online bill payment.
- Click Ok when you see the message.
