At QBSsolved, we value your purchase of our products and services. We are dedicated to maintain a transparent relationship with our clients, so as to avoid any second thought at the time of purchase of our services or after that. We follow a smooth process to initiate any kind of refunds, if needed, to our clients.

 We offer a trial policy of our services so that our customers have a prior knowledge and experience of services we offer, before they actually pay for it. The trail policy is offered so that you satisfy yourself with our services and you make a sound decision on the basis of your experience. This includes free online training, tech support and much more.  And, if you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund your amount that you have paid for the subscription.

If you cancel using our services at any point of time, we process the refund as soon as possible. The amount which is refunded, depends on the product or services that were purchased and used. You will get full amount of refund if the refund request is received within 30 days of the date of payment. If the refund request is made after 30 days of purchase, QBSsolved will not consider the refund case. However, we will try our best to provide solutions to your unresolved issues.
