  • Now, you have to reach the tab of the Help menu and then you have to make a click on Update

  • Then you have to click on Update Now and then go to the reset update tab.
  • Now, you need to go to the Get updates tab and once you get the message of “Update Complete”, close QuickBooks.

  • The very first task is to insert the payroll  update CD in the system. 
  • Then, you need to open the Payroll updates’ windows.

  • Next task is to press the browse option and then in the option, go to Install ad then select CD drive option.
  • Now, you have to choose the Update.dat or update3.dat from the payroll update disk and then press Open.
