For windows 10 user:

  • If your windows has internet explorer 11 then TLS 1.2 is enabled by default. You can verify it with the help of these steps:

For windows 10 user:

Before fixing the error, please check with the system requirements to avoid  TLS 1.2:

  • Make sure to arrange the system compatible with TLS 1.2: 
  • It should be a window 7 OS or above such as windows 8.1, 10 etc that supports the protocol. 
  • Please make sure that your default browser is internet explorer, IE 11 is better to protect your data from breach. 
  • Update the .NET framework to 4.5.2 or higher.

How can we troubleshoot QuickBooks TLS validation failed issues?

  • First, you need to configure the settings of your internet explorer. 
  • Go to the internet explorer from the tool. 
  • Click on delete from the general tab and then check the box for temporary internet files. 
  • Also, select the box against Automatically detect settings.
